AUBURN, Ala. - The Auburn volleyball team received National Letters of Intent and financial aid agreements from four players this week that will join the Tigers for the 2014 season, head coach Rick Nold announced Thursday.

Nold and his staff of assistants Eysha Ambler and Kris Grunwald will welcome incoming freshmen Courtney Crable (6-1, Outside Hitter, Louisville, Ky.), Alexa Filley (5-9, Setter, Louisville, Ky.), Macy Reece (6-2, Middle Blocker, Hendersonville, Tenn.) and Kelly Stewart (5-6, Libero, Tomball, Texas) to the Auburn family next fall.

"With our big senior class this year, we had a lot of needs we needed to address," Nold said. "We feel like we've done that. We've still got a little ways to go to finish it up, but we felt like we needed to bring someone in at each position that could come right in and have an impact right away. It's a good group that meets a lot of different needs. We're getting a group that has a lot of experience and some kids that have won at a high level. I think they are prepared to be a big help to us next year and down the road."
