PASSING GRADES: Senior Sarah Wroblicky kept up her strong defensive play, notching 26 digs in the two matches with Florida and South Carolina last weekend. She has also been a key in the serve-receive game for the Tigers - so much so that opponents have been reluctant to serve to her. She has not committed a reception error in the last four matches, successfully passing 59 times without surrendering an ace in that stretch. However, Florida and South Carolina noted her 33-for-33 mark in the win over Texas A&M and only served her a combined 17 times in the two matches last weekend.

IT GETS BETTER: At the halfway point of the conference schedule, Auburn's five losses in conference play have come to the top five teams in the latest SEC standings. Three of those teams - No. 5 Florida, No. 7 Missouri and No. 19 Kentucky - are ranked in the nation's top 25. The combined SEC record of Auburn's first nine league opponents is 47-36 (.566). But the back half of the Tigers' SEC schedule sees just one of the league's top four teams across the net. Auburn's final nine opponents (Tennessee included twice) have a combined SEC record of 36-56 (.391).

OTHER NOTES: Auburn has won seven of its last nine matches against South Carolina, including three straight ... Auburn is No. 73 in the latest official NCAA RPI ... Seven SEC schools are in the top 50 ... Three Auburn opponents are in the top 10 - #3 Florida, #6 Missouri, #10 Nebraska ... Auburn will look to snap a 5-match losing streak to Tennessee this weekend ... The Tigers have never won in Thompson-Boling Arena ... With this Sunday's match vs. Mississippi State televised by CSS, Auburn will look to move to 3-0 this year on TV ... The Tigers had lost 10 straight televised matches coming into the 2013 season ... Melissa Lee and Anjelica Partridge will be the talent for Sunday's broadcast.
