Auburn senior libero Sarah Wroblicky became the 10th player in Auburn history to record 1,000 career digs, reaching that milestone in Sunday's win over Ole Miss. Her fourth dig of the match got her to 1,000.
She's the third Auburn player in the last four years to hit the 1,000-dig mark. Sarah Bullock got to 1,000 during the 2012 season and eventually moved up to fourth on the all-time charts at Auburn with 1,210 by the end of the year. In 2010, Liz Crouch shattered all the records, finishing with 1,710 for her career to sit atop the Auburn record book.
In her career, Wroblicky has averaged 3.43 digs/set, which ranks second all-time at Auburn. She has been the Tigers' primary libero since the beginning of the 2011 season, playing in 263 out of a possible 279 sets in that stretch.
This season, Wroblicky has averaged 4.32 digs/set, which ranks fifth in the SEC, and has nearly 28 percent of Auburn's total digs this season.
