ESPNU to Televise Auburn Volleyball at Georgia

AUBURN, Ala. - Auburn's volleyball match at Georgia on Wednesday, Oct. 5, will be televised by ESPNU as part of ESPN's Wednesday Night Women's Volleyball package, the network announced today. The match is still slated for a 6 p.m. CT start. It will be the second straight year for a midweek match between the two rivals to air on the ESPN family of networks. Last season, the Tigers earned a 3-0 sweep over the Bulldogs before a national television audience on ESPNU. The rest of the Southeastern Conference's television schedule will be announced in the coming weeks. For the first time, ESPNU will air every Wednesday Night Women's Volleyball game in high definition. Coverage of the 2011 women's volleyball season across ESPNU and ESPN2 will include 17 matches, 11 of which feature a ranked team. The regular season schedule showcases six SEC matches in addition to four Big 12, three Big Ten and two ACC matches along with one match apiece for the BIG EAST and WAC. 2011 SEC VOLLEYBALL ON ESPN2/ESPNU
