Auburn Volleyball Coach Kevin Renshler Resigns

AUBURN- Auburn volleyball coach Kevin Renshler has resigned announced athletic director David Housel Thursday.
''We appreciate Kevin's many good efforts on Auburn's behalf,'' said Housel. ''We wish him well in his future endeavors.''
Renshler became Auburn's head coach in the spring of 2000. He guided the Tigers to a 14-42 record in two seasons.
''I appreciate David giving me the opportunity to coach at Auburn,'' said Renshler. ''At this time, I believe that it is in my best interest to pursue other opportunities.''
Auburn's search process for a new volleyball coach will begin immediately.
