AUBURN, Ala. - Andie Dikosavljevic led Auburn in the USTA/ITA Regional Championships with two wins to advance to the main draw final Monday.
“Andie has really turned a corner and raised her game to another level and it shows with her results on the court,” said Auburn head coach Lauren Longbotham Meisner. “Her fitness has really gotten her through some tough matches and it’s something we have really worked hard on this season. She has a super tough match tomorrow, but I think she is ready for the challenge.”
Dikosavljevic got the morning started with a 3-6, 6-3, 6-0 win over No. 83 Georgiana Patrasc from Mississippi State. She clinched her spot in the main draw finals with a 6-3, 4-6, 6-2 win over Mississippi State’s Anastasia Rentouli.
