Auburn Softball Gameday
Parking is available for softball games in the McWhorter Center lot on the corner of Biggio Drive and Samford Avenue, the gravel lot behind home plate and on Biggio Drive around the Intramural Fields across the street from Jane B. Moore Field. Overflow parking is designated on Biggio Drive, north of Samford Avenue, Beard-Eaves Memorial Coliseum and the Old Track.

Accessible parking spaces are located directly across the street from Jane B. Moore Field along Biggio Drive. Additional Accessible parking spaces are located at the right field entrance to the field, directly in front of the bullpen area.
A golf cart shuttle from the Old Track parking lot to Jane B. Moore Field for all Auburn home games. The shuttle will operate one hour pregame to one hour post game.
The following list of prohibited items was established to protect the safety and best interests of Auburn University students, student athletes, employees and fans. Prohibited items include:
- Artificial noisemakers
- Cameras with lenses over 4 inches
- Chairs (folding, lawn, camping, etc.)
- Hover boards
- Large bags (12x12x12 is maximum size)
- Outside food or drink
- Park seats with arms
- Pets, tents
- Video cameras
- Any items deemed inappropriate, hazardous or unsafe by venue personnel
Depending on the requests of the promoter, additional items may be added to the prohibited items list for special events. Auburn Athletics reserves the right to prohibit items as necessary.
All gates open 90 minutes prior to first pitch.
Pass outs will only be permitted for fans who need to retrieve an item from their vehicle or tailgating area. Fans will need to have their ticket and should re-enter the stadium through the same gate that they exited.
If you are a season ticket holder not planning on attending certain games this season, the Auburn Athletics Department encourages you to donate your ticket back to the athletic department or transfer your tickets with other Auburn fans (faculty/staff tickets cannot be transferred electronically). Tickets will be available for purchase at the main ticket office located at the Arena. The Arena Ticket Office is open 7:45 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday. Tickets and information are always available online via AUBtix.com or by phone at 855-282-2010. The ticket office at the Jane B. Moore field entrance will be in use on softball game days. Tickets will only be sold at the field if available seats are remaining.
Will Call is located at the entrance gate adjacent to the gravel parking lot. Please note this is a change from past seasons.
Ticket Rain Out Policy
Postponed Games: All paid admission tickets to a postponed Auburn softball game are good for the announced make-up game. If attending the announced make-up game, the original ticket is used for entry to the stadium. No refunds will be given. Paid admission tickets to a postponed Auburn softball game can be exchanged for tickets to a future regular season game, subject to availability, barring exceptions (see ticket exchange policy below).
Canceled Games: Paid admission tickets to an Auburn softball game that is canceled can be exchanged for tickets to a future regular season non-conference game or select Sunday SEC games, both subject to availability. The original ticket from the canceled game is required at the time of exchange. No refunds will be given.
To exchange tickets, please visit the softball Ticket Office in front of Jane B. Moore field no earlier than 90 minutes prior to the game or can be done during the week at the Auburn Arena Box Office. Tickets may be exchanged for any non-conference game or/and Sunday SEC game (excluding Alabama on March 18 and Tennessee on April 8). Rescheduled Double Header Seating: In the event an Auburn softball game is re-scheduled as part of a double header, the original tickets' seat location will be honored for that game only. (I.E. A Friday night game is re-scheduled as part of a double-header the following day. Friday tickets' seat location will be honored for the game one, and the Saturday tickets' seat location will be honored for game two.) Auburn Athletics reserves the right to clear the stadium in between games of a double header.
