2015 Softball Season Preview: Pitchers

As important as pitching is to the game of softball, having nearly 100 percent of your staff from a year ago return to your squad is never a bad thing. That's where Auburn softball finds themselves this year when it comes to their pitchers as seasoned veterans Lexi Davis and Marcy Harper both return to the team to bolster the staff and look to be an anchor for this team's postseason hopes.

Fans can purchase softball tickets at Pick Your Seat Day Sunday

As we inch closer to the beginning of the 2015 softball season, season ticket sales have been going at a rapid pace. Fans who have yet to purchase their season tickets, but would like to before the season-opener on Feb. 5, can do so this Sunday at Auburn Softball's "Pick Your Seat Day" at Jane B. Moore Field.

Auburn Softball Enters 2015 Season Ranked At No. 20

After a 42-win season a year ago and multiple team and individual records broken, the Auburn softball team will begin year two under head coach Clint Myers ranked No. 20 in the USA Today/NFCA National Division I Top 25 poll, as it was announced by the National Fastpitch Coaches' Association today.

Tigers Ready To Exceed Expectations In Year Two Under Myers

Auburn softball was just two plays away from making the NCAA Super Regional last season. Two plays from achieving something the school had never seen before since the program's inception in 1997. All while now second-year head coach Clint Myers was still "getting his feet wet" in the new job.

Nine Nationally Televised Games For Auburn Softball In 2015

The Auburn softball team will play in nine nationally-televised games during conference play this year after the Southeastern Conference released its 2015 softball television schedule Wednesday afternoon.
