The Auburn Tiger soccer team already knew before Thursday night's Southeastern Conference regular-season finale that it would be a participant in the SEC Tournament in Orange Beach, Ala. The only questions that remained was how high of a seed it would receive and who its opponent would be.

Auburn Soccer Finishes Regular-Season On Four-Match Win Streak

The Auburn soccer team took care of business Thursday night closing out the Southeastern Conference regular-season with a 2-0 victory over LSU. The Tigers will take a four-match win streak into next week's SEC Tournament in Orange Beach, Ala., and potentially a first-round bye.

Casie Ramsier Named To First Team Academic All-District

Sophomore Casie Ramsier was named to the Capital One Academic All-District (4) Team today by the Collegiate Sports Information Directors of America. With this nod, Ramsier will be placed on the national ballot for CoSIDA Academic All-America honors, which will be voted on next week.

Tiger Soccer Looks To Improve SEC Tournament Seeding Thursday

With its 14th-consecutive trip to the SEC Tournament already locked up, the Auburn Tiger soccer team will be looking to improve its seeding Thursday night when it faces LSU in Baton Rouge, La., for the final match of the 2014 regular season. Auburn is fresh off a weekend sweep of Mississippi State and Alabama, winning four of its last five matches. Auburn currently sits in ninth-place in the Southeastern Conference, but a win on Thursday could potentially jump them as high as fifth-place.
