The Last ... with sophomore gymnast Kullen Hlawek

The last time I was really happy was last weekend. My roommate MJ (Rott) and our teammate Meggie (Lim) went to Chewacla State Park. We got to spend some time outside and around the water fall. It was really beautiful and a lot of fun.

The last great meal I had was when I was at home in Houston. Every meal I had was either home cooked or at a great local Mexican restaurant. My mom and dad both cook a lot when I'm at home and I especially love it when we grill Salmon.

The last book I read was The Illiad by Homer. I like to read, but don't have a ton of time as a student-athlete. I was bored and picked it up and I've now read most of it. I read pretty quickly. The last book I finished was Light by Michael Grant.

The last time I was embarrassed was just about every day. I trip a lot. I'm not very graceful. I can walk easier on my hands than I can on my feet. There have been some pretty nice trips recently, especially up and down stairs. Stairs are particularly difficult.

The last time I cooked, if the microwave counts, was making quesadillas in my dorm room. I have a quesadilla maker. I made the taco meat in the microwave as well. Let's just say I'm particularly excited about the new Wellness Kitchen opening across the street.

The last time I spent with my teammates was at weights. We had a pretty good time. Everyone was there and everyone was working really hard. Outside the gym, I hang out with Meggie and MJ all the time. We go to the movies a lot.

The last time I cried was after regionals this past season. I got injured during the meet and the combination of being hurt and the season ending was really tough. I cried for a while. It was a tough way to end a season.

The last time I said `War Eagle' was in the airport heading home to Houston after spring semester. I always love hearing `War Eagle' for the Auburn Family when I am flying through Atlanta back to Houston and then coming back to campus.
