BIRMINGHAM - Auburn sophomore Victoria Trapani has been named to the Southeastern Conference Community Service Team, the league announced Tuesday.

Trapani, a native of Hollywood, Fla., is an active volunteer with StoreyBook Farm, assisting with handicap children and has participated in East Alabama Food Bank and clothing drives through the year.

One of Auburn's top players who finished the season with a 75.04 stroke average, she also volunteered with the Lee-Russell County Aging Foundation, helping package and deliver food for needy citizens.

Trapani totaled two top-20 finishes on the 2012-13 season and tied for 29th at the NCAA Championship, helping Auburn to a sixth-place finish, the team's best finish in eight years.

An accounting major, Trapani has a 3.56 grade-point average. As a freshman, she was named an Auburn Academic Top Tiger, an NGCA All-American Scholar and was selected to the SEC Academic Honor Roll.
