AUBURN - The Auburn equestrian team completed the fall signing period with its last two signees in Hannah Marco, a Hunt Seat competitor, and Hailey Munger, a Western rider, head coach Greg Williams announced on Thursday.

Marco, a native of Ocala, Fla., began riding at the age of five and has competed at many nationally recognized events. In 2009, she earned ribbons in two classes at the Junior Hunter Finals. In 2011, she qualified for the USEF Medal Finals and the 2011 ASPCA Maclay Finals.

"Hannah is not only a great rider, but she should be a great teammate as well," Williams said. "We know how bad she wants this so we are anticipating big accomplishments from her."

"Hailey is an exceptional young athlete," Williams said. "We have watched her ride for years now, and we know that she is capable of handling college horses. We are excited that the time has finally come for her to join us."

Outside of equestrian, Munger is a member of the National Charity League with over 900 hours of community and leadership service. She is also involved with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, a group leader of her Student Venture and is an active member of her Class Council.
