  • With the victory, Auburn moves to 3-0 in its all-time series with Detroit Mercy.
  • Six Tigers worked their way to double figures today. Tamela McCorvey led the team with 18, followed by DeWanna Bonner with 16, Sherell Hobbs with 13, Alli Smalley with 12, and Trevesha Jackson and Whitney Boddie both with 10 points.
  • Tamela McCorvey made four three-point shots, tying a career high. McCorvey had a team-leading 18 points, three rebounds, four assists and four steals.
  • Junior Guard Whitney Boddie surpassed her previous career high in steals with six. Boddie had 13 points, eight rebounds and six assists on the day.
  • Freshmen Cassie Moore made her Auburn regular season debut with four points and four rebounds. Also making her Auburn debut was Alli Smalley with 12 points, two steals and two assists.
  • DeWanna Bonner worked her way to her 17th career double-double with 16 points and 10 rebounds. Bonner also had three assists and three steals.
  • In the first half, the Tigers held Titans scoreless for just under nine minutes extending their lead from five to 22.
