    SEC Tournament Championship Game

    • Auburn starters: Whitney Boddie, DeWanna Bonner, Sherell Hobbs, Trevesha Jackson and Alli Smalley
    • Vanderbilt starters: Meredith Marsh, Jessica Mooney, Jence Rhoads, Jennifer Risper and Christina Wirth
    • Auburn's DeWanna Bonner and Whitney Boddie were named to the SEC All-Tournament Team
    • Two of Auburn's three losses this season have come against Vanderbilt
    • Two of Auburn's three losses this season have come in the first game after defeating Tennessee
    • Whitney Boddie led Auburn with 14 points and eight assists; Boddie and Sherell Hobbs led the team with eight rebounds each.
    • The loss marked the ninth year in a row for the SEC regular-season champion to not win the SEC Tournament; Tennessee was the last to win both in 2000 as it was named co-SEC champion with Georgia before winning the tournament title
