Seniors Marita Payne and Nitasha Brown were honored before the game for Senior Day... Payne is currently in second place in the SEC in career blocks with 371 and is 14th overall in Auburn history with 613 career rebounds... Brown is averaging 11.5 points per game and four assists per game for the Tigers this season.

Auburn's starting lineup consisted of seniors Marita Payne and Nitasha Brown, and freshmen DeWanna Bonner, Chantelle Blakely, and KeKe Carrier... This is the third time this season Auburn has used this lineup... The Tigers are 1-2 when using this lineup... This is the 10th time this season that Auburn has started three freshmen... Payne has started 53 straight games dating back to the start of the 2004-05 season... Bonner, Brown and Payne have started every game this season...This is Carrier's e11th start of the season, and eighth in a row... This marks Blakely's third career start.

This is the 41st all-time meeting between the two schools... Auburn leads the series 28-13... In games played at home, Auburn leads the series 11-4... This marks the Tigers' first victory over the Gators since a 62-51 win over the Gators Feb. 13, 2003 in Gainesville.

Auburn is now 1-4 in the month of February. In two years, head coach Nell Fortner has an overall record of 29-25. Her SEC mark is now 11-15... The Tigers are now 6-6 in Beard-Eaves Memorial Coliseum this season.

The Tigers began the game on a 5-0 run... Auburn's two seniors got the Tigers on the board to start the game... Marita Payne assisted on Nitasha Brown's three-pointer at 19:27 to give the Tigers a 2-0 lead... Auburn extended its lead to five on a jumper by KeKe Carrier at 18:36... A layup by Florida's Dalila Eshe at the 16:12 mark of the first half tied the game for the first and only time... The Tigers led the entire game before and after that point.



Auburn went into the half with an 11-point lead.... The Tigers are 12-3 when leading at the half... The Tigers are now 7-0 when scoring 70-79 points.

Auburn's 11 turnovers are the fewest by the Tigers since Nov. 26 when the Tigers had nine against the Patriots of George Mason.

Freshman guard Whitney Boddie returned to play for the first time since Feb. 5 after serving a suspension... She recorded 10 points and three rebounds in her return... It was her eighth game to score in double figures.

Marita Payne scored in double figures for the 11th time this season... It was her first game in double figures since Feb. 2 when she recorded 10 points against Florida... Her 14 points tonight is the most points she has scored in a game since Jan. 26 when she scored 18 against Alabama.

DeWanna Bonner scored in double figures for the 18th time this season and for the fourth consecutive game... She recorded her fourth career double-double with 16 points and 10 rebounds... Both she and KeKe Carrier each have the most double-doubles as a freshman since Le'Coe Willingham recorded six double-doubles in 1999-00 as a freshman.

Marita Payne had one block, giving her 371 career blocks... She currently sits in second place in SEC history for career blocks... She is just the fourth player in SEC history with at least 300 blocks... She leads the team with 101 blocks this season... She has now recorded a block in 55 of her last 56 games... The only game she failed to record a block was on Jan. 29, 2006 vs. Mississippi State... She had strung together a streak of 50 games prior to the Tigers' 74-44 win over the Bulldogs.

This marks the ninth time a freshman has recorded a double-double for the Tigers this season.

Nitasha Brown reached double figures for the 16th time this season with 11 points.

This marks the eighth time this season and second consecutive game that four Tigers have reached double figures... Boddie, Bonner, Brown and Payne all scored in double figures for Auburn.
