Played in all 30 games while starting 18... Started in the final 14 games of the season... Scored a season high 10 points vs. Alabama on Feb. 23... Dished out a season high eight assists vs. South Carolina-Upstate on Nov. 27... Grabbed a season-high six rebounds at Alabama on Jan. 5 ... Snagged seven steals at Vanderbilt on Jan. 12... Her seven steals at Vanderbilt tie for sixth all-time at Auburn in single-game steals... Her 52 steals on the season ranks 10th all-time at Auburn in single-season steals by a junior... Finished the season ranked 11th in the SEC in steals per game with 1.7... In SEC-only games, she was 13th in the SEC in assists with 2.5 per game and seventh in steals with 1.9 per game... Averaged 3.1 points, 2.1 rebounds, 2.7 steals and 1.7 steals per game.
During her two years at Pensacola State College, Ouardad was a two-time All-Panhandle Conference selection... As a sophomore, she averaged 6.4 points, 2.6 rebounds, 5.1 assists and 2.5 steals per game, after averaging 6.6 points, 2.0 rebounds, 6.5 assists and 2.5 steals per game as a freshman... Led Pensacola State to a third-place finish at the 2011 NJCAA National Basketball Championship, compiling a 36-1 record along the way... Pensacola State also notched a perfect 12-0 record in the Panhandle Conference, winning the league title, along with the Florida State and Region 8 titles... Pensacola State finished second in the Panhandle Conference during her freshman year and was the only team to beat eventual national champion Gulf Coast Community College.
While in France, she played for the French National Team at the 2006 FIBA U16 European Championship, averaging 5.6 points, 3.2 rebounds, 2.9 assists and 4.3 steals per game during the European Championship... Her best game came against Belarus when she tallied 17 points, 12 steals and four assists... Ouardad moved to the United States for her sophomore year of high school, prepping at Forsyth Country Day in Lewisville, N.C., where she helped lead the team to back-to-back state championship appearances... Transferred to Oak Ridge Military Academy in Oak Ridge, N.C., for her senior year... While at Oak Ridge, Ouardad averaged 42 points per game, earning All-State honors.
A native of Orleans, France, she is the daughter of Mohammed and Mina Ouardad... Her father was a professional soccer player in Morocco... She is one of six children and has three sisters: Fatima-Zahra (34), Laila (31) and Fatiha (29), and two brothers: Mohamed (27) and Adil (16)... Born June 23, 1990 in Orleans, France... Her cousin, Alex Tchangoue, played basketball at Wake Forest and currently plays professionally in Europe... Is just the second Auburn player from France, joining Justine Agbatan (1995-96)... Majoring in Public Administration.
