Consolation Rounds of Middle Tennessee Classic Cancelled Due to Severe Weather

Due to inclement weather at the Middle Tennessee Classic today the consolation rounds of play were cancelled. Junior Terence Nugent, sophomore Stephen Nash, and sophomore Hunter Mills were all scheduled to compete in the consolation bracket today.

Nugent was set to face Amrit Narasimhan of Memphis today after he was defeated Friday by Sebastian Serrano of East Tennessee State 6-3, 6-4. Nash was scheduled to play Ryan Farlow of Mississippi State after falling in the first round to Benedikt Fischer of Memphis in a tiebreaker 3-6, 6-4, (10-4). Mills fell to Kiril Tcherveniachki of Tennessee in the second round, 6-3, 6-2, and was scheduled to take on Travis Sandlat of East Tennessee State.

Auburn will compete in the ITA All-American tournament starting on September 30th and ending October 5th.
