    TULSA, Okla. - The Auburn doubles team of Andreas Mies and Alex Stamchev pulled an upset of the nation's 15th-ranked team to advance to the second round of the main draw at the ITA Men's All-American Championship on Thursday.
    

    Mies and Stamchev, ranked No. 30 in the preseason ITA rankings, defeated the nation's 15th-ranked team of Henrique Cunha and Chris Mengel of Duke, 8-5, in the first round of the doubles main draw.

    The Auburn duo will face another top-20 team in Friday's second round when they square off against the 18th-ranked New Mexico team of Phillip Anderson and Jadon Phillips.
