Auburn Men's Tennis Fall Notebook

After a strong showing during the fall season, the Auburn men's tennis team looks to carry its momentum into the spring season. Senior Lukas Ollert and Sophomore Oliver Plaskett were crowned champions in their respective singles tournaments, while Ollert and Marko Krickovic provided a spark on the doubles side.

Ollert Falls at USTA/ITA National Indoors

Auburn senior Lukas Ollert fell in his first match of the consolation round to end his run at the USTA/ITA National Indoors Tournament on Friday. Ollert fell to two-seed and No. 4 overall ranked Julian Lenz of Baylor, dropping the match 6-3, 6-3.

Ollert Opens Play Thursday at National Indoors

Senior Lukas Ollert begins play on Thursday at the USTA/ITA National Indoors on Thursday in Flushing, N.Y. Ollert will take on one-seed Sebastian Stiefelmeyer of Louisville in his opening match of the tournament. The match is set to begin at 11:30 CT.

Auburn Can't Advance on Day Three of Disney Clay Court Championships

The Auburn men's tennis team fell in singles and doubles play on Day Three at the ESPN Disney Clay Court Championships on Saturday. Sophomore Maxime Hinnisdaels fell in the the singles semifinals, while Petar Tomic and Joseph Van Dooren fell in the doubles semifinals.
