AUBURN, Ala. - The Auburn football team's upcoming appearance in the AT&T Cotton Bowl Classic will be previewed by the Auburn Network on a bowl preview television show that will air on Birmingham's ABC 33/40 on Christmas day at 5 p.m.

The show will preview No. 10 Auburn's game against 22nd-ranked Nebraska. The Tigers will be making their first appearance in the Cotton Bowl since 1985, and will be playing the Cornhuskers for the first time since 1982. It will mark Auburn's seventh straight bowl appearance under head coach Tommy Tuberville.

The Tigers (10-2, 6-2 Southeastern Conference) will meet Nebraska (9-4, 6-2 Big 12) Jan. 1 in the 71st annual AT&T Cotton Bowl Classic. The game kicks off at 10:40 a.m. CT at Cotton Bowl Stadium and will air live on FOX.
