AUBURN, Ala. – Auburn maintained its Top 25 ranking Sunday, one day after losing to Alabama in the Iron Bowl.

The Tigers, now awaiting to learn their bowl destination, were ranked 18th in the Associated Press poll and 19th in the coaches poll Sunday.

Auburn was ranked 13th in last week's College Football Playoff standings. The new playoff standings will be released Tuesday night.

Alabama beat Auburn 30-12 Saturday night in Tuscaloosa, leaving the Tigers tied with three others for the second-most wins among SEC teams. The Tigers and LSU finished tied for second in the SEC West behind Alabama.

Auburn will take an 8-4 record to its bowl game. The Tigers will likely learn their destination next Sunday.
