AUBURN -- Auburn football season ticket holders will begin receiving their season tickets starting on August 11. Customers' season tickets will be shipped via two-day Fed Ex, USPS Priority Mail, or be available at the Auburn Athletics Ticket Office for will call distribution, depending on each customer's preferred method of delivery that was selected during the renewal process.
Auburn customers with questions can contact the Auburn ticket office at 1-800-AUB-1957.
The 2010 Auburn football season opens Sept. 4 against Arkansas State in Jordan-Hare Stadium. Kickoff is slated for 6 p.m. CT.

2010 Football FAQ
When will I receive my 2010 Football Season Tickets?
Season Football Tickets are shipped directly from the printing company in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. You will receive an email with tracking information when they ship. There were 3 shipping options, Fed Ex 2 day, Priority Mail, and Will Call.
-Fed Ex 2 day should arrive two full days from the point of your email.
-Priority Mail takes 2-3 days from point of shipment
-Will Call tickets will be shipped back to the ticket office in Auburn where they will be available for pick-up. (Please note the ticket office has moved to the new Auburn Arena and is located by the Scholarship Entrance to the building).
I ordered away game tickets, when will they arrive?
Away game tickets will be mailed from the Auburn Ticket Office the week of August 9th and arrive via U.S. Mail. (Unless you chose Will Call, they will be picked up at the ticket office)
I ordered additional single game tickets, when will they arrive?
Additional single game orders will be mailed in mid-August and arrive via U.S. Mail. (Unless you chose Will Call, they will be picked up at the ticket office starting in mid-August)
I haven't received my tickets yet, what do I do?
Please check your tracking information in the email you were sent. Fed-Ex will attempt up to 3 deliveries and then return the ticket to the Auburn Ticket Office. If you chose Priority Mail, please check with your local post office and refer to your tracking information. If you need further assistance, please contact the ticket office.
The address in my shipping email is wrong, what do I do?
It is your responsibility to make address changes in writing to the ticket office prior to July 26th. Please contact the ticket office immediately. Fed-Ex will attempt 3 deliveries before returning the package to the ticket office. Priority Mail will also be returned to the ticket office if it is undeliverable.
I ordered Season Tickets in July/August and haven't received them, when will they arrive?
Late orders will be shipped directly from the Auburn Ticket Office by mid-August.
I made a seating request but didn't get what I asked for, why?
Ticket requests are filled based on total accumulation of giving to the TUF Football Priority Program. The ticket office makes every effort to accommodate your request if seats are available when your request is reviewed during the seat allocation process. Unfortunately, we are unable to fill seat requests if locations are not available.
Can I still buy extra Season Tickets?
There are still a limited number of Season Tickets, Mini-Season Tickets, and select single games available. You may order anytime online at www.auburntigers.com/tickets or by contacting the ticket office.
