AUBURN, Ala. -- The Auburn Athletics Department announced today a full list of gameday weekend events planned for the 2013 football season, as well as special themed games set for the upcoming year.
Many popular events return for another season, including Friday Locker Room Tours and Café Jordan-Hare, with new plans added to the schedule like Friday Football Luncheons to be hosted inside Jordan-Hare Stadium at the Letterman's Lounge prior to each home game.
Additionally, Military Appreciation Day has been set for Oct. 5 against Ole Miss, while the annual All Auburn, All Orange game has been scheduled for Nov. 16 vs. Georgia, when Auburn fans are encouraged to wear orange to Jordan-Hare Stadium. The Iron Bowl will be the True Blue game. Military Day will honor the many servicemen and women that protect and serve our great nation. The day's lineup will feature special pregame and halftime performances, recognition of military personnel in attendance, special merchandise to commemorate the game and more.
Café Jordan-Hare and Friday Football Luncheons | Register Here
Kick off home game weekends with the Friday Football Luncheons and enjoy lunch with other Auburn fans while previewing the week's matchup with Coach Malzahn or others from the Auburn coaching staff. Café Jordan-Hare is an exclusive dining and entertainment experience on the 50-yard line of Jordan-Hare on Sept. 13 and Oct. 4. A limited number of tickets are available for each event.
Free Admission Events | Gameday Weekend Schedule
Auburn also offers plenty of family-friendly events with free admission, including the Jordan-Hare Stadium Locker Room Tours, Plainsman Park Movie Nights, the Lecture Series and Walking Tours.
The AU Lecture Series features University representatives and professors speaking on a variety of topics at the Alumni Center at 3 p.m. each Friday. Experience the pregame Jordan-Hare Stadium locker room setup for the Auburn football team at Jordan-Hare Stadium on Fridays prior to each home game from 4-6 p.m. Plainsman Park on Friday, Aug. 30 and Friday, Oct. 11 will be the place to view family-friendly movies on the big screen. The event begins at 7 p.m. and movie selections will be announced closer to the date of the event.
Community Events | Auburn-Opelika Calendar of Events
Both Auburn and Opelika offer great entertainment options in its downtown areas for fan enjoyment on select Friday evenings during the football season. Downtown Autumn Nights in Auburn takes place on Sept. 6, Oct. 25 and Nov. 29. Aubie, the Marching Band and cheerleaders will begin the celebration, while live music will entertain the crowd into the evening. On the first Friday of each month, downtown Opelika will offer entertainment on street corners and shops stay open until 8 p.m.
Coca-Cola Tiger Fan Fest is Auburn's free-of-charge pre-game interactive fan entertainment area located in front of the Nichols Center on Donahue Drive. Every home game, fans have the opportunity to check out sponsor displays, products and giveaways for just stopping by. Whether you're dropping by to let the kids play on the inflatable games, or listen to the live DJ, Tiger Fan Fest is a great way to add some fun to your Game Day.
Red Diamond Tailgate Show
Get a close up view of your favorite Auburn personalities with the Tiger Tailgate Show, presented by Red Diamond, located in the parking lot at Plainsman Park. Hosted by Paul Ellen, the Tiger Tailgate Show begins two hours prior to kickoff of every Auburn game and features Rod Bramblett, Stan White, and Quentin Riggins. The Tiger Tailgate Show is also known to have special guests from time to time including President Jay Gogue, Athletics Director Jay Jacobs, former Auburn student-athletes and other celebrity personalities. The Tiger Tailgate Show can be heard locally on WGZZ-FM Wings 94.3 or on the Auburn Football radio affiliate in your area.

Meet former football legends each Saturday at the Verizon Autograph Tent located in the Plainsman Park parking lot. The guest list changes every week so please visit AUBGameday.com for up-to-date information.
