AUBURN - This week's episode of "Aaron's Football Saturdays in the South," presented by Lincoln Financial Sports, will be the first of two episodes to have features involving the Auburn football team. Some of the most intense college football rivalries including the Auburn-Alabama Iron Bowl will be highlighted this week in episode three, while senior defensive end Quentin Groves and his married life with wife Treska Baptiste will be featured in episode six.

The Iron Bowl, the annual football game between Auburn University and the University of Alabama, marks a rivalry that is said, by some, to be unequaled. It is this game that not only gives the winning team "bragging rights" for an entire year but also typically determines the success of each team's entire season. The rivalry dates back to February 22, 1893, when a disagreement formed over whether to count the game as the final game of the 1892 season or the first of 1893. The rivalry has become so intense that it has historically spilled over into the politics and society of the state of Alabama.

Tim Brando returns as series host and takes viewers behind-the-scenes with the legends, athletes, coaches, and traditions that make fall Saturdays so special. For an exclusive look at the Auburn-Alabama rivalry and how it began, tune into "Aaron's Football Saturdays in the South", LINCOLN FINANCIAL SPORTS® summer mini-series that leads into the 2007 SEC football season.
