Auburn's Avery Young is ready to pave the way, no matter the position

AUBURN, Ala. -- Avery Young and Alex Kozan grabbed preseason honors Friday by landing on the watch list for the Outland Trophy, which goes to the nation's to the top interior lineman.
They are part of a growing contingent of Tigers who have won preseason recognition.
Young, a senior, has shown his versatility. He started last season at right guard, moved to left guard, then played right tackle before finishing up back at right guard. He started all 13 games.
Young was busy in 2014. Kozan sat out the entire year after suffering a back injury. But this season's preseason watch list didn't forget him following a 2013 season when he was named a Freshman All-American by the Football Writers Association of America and the Sporting News. He was a freshman All-SEC player as well after starting all 14 games.
