AUBURN, Ala.  The heart of Auburn's 2014 offense will play together one more time.

Record-setting quarterback Nick Marshall accepted an invitation Friday to play in the Jan. 24  Senior Bowl, joining teammates Cameron Artis-Payne, the SEC's leading rusher; Reese Dismukes, the Rimington Trophy winning center; Sammie Coates, who led Auburn in receiving yards; and defensive lineman Gabe Wright.

Update: Saturday, tight end C.J. Uzomah was added to the roster.

In all, 10 Tigers were invited to all-star games.

Marshall was a late addition to the all-star game after a season in which he passed for 2,532 yards and 20 touchdowns, and ran for 798 yards and 11 touchdowns. His two-year Auburn totals: 4,508 yards and 34 touchdowns passing; and 1,866 yards and 23 touchdowns rushing.

Marshall passed for an Auburn single-game record 456 yards against Alabama in 2014.

Defensive end LaDarius Owens and offensive lineman Chad Slade will play in the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl on Saturday in Carson, Calif.

Defensive back Jermaine Whitehead had six tackles in the Medal of Honor Bowl last Saturday in Charleston, S.C. Uzomah caught a pass for 29 yards in that game. Defensive lineman Angelo Blackson played as well.
