Devin Aromashodu, WR - Indianapolis Colts
Aromashodu and the Colts had a bye in the first round of the playoffs. The Colts will take on the San Diego Chargers in the AFC Divisional Playoffs on Jan. 14. In his second NFL season, Aromashodu was signed as a free agent to the Colts' active roster on Nov. 14, from the Houston Texans' practice squad. He was a member of the Colts' practice squad in 2006. He notched 96 yards on seven receptions in six games of the regular season with the Colts.
Rob Bironas, K - Tennessee Titans
Bironas made two-of-three attempted field goals and put up all six of Tennessee's points in a 17-6 loss to San Diego. He made kicks from 30 and 44 yards out, both in the first half. Bironas led the NFL in the regular season with 35-of-39 field goals. He was named as the AFC kicker for the 2008 Pro Bowl.
Jason Campbell, QB - Washington Redskins
Campbell was not active for the Redskins' 35-14 loss to the Seahawks due to a knee injury. Campbell finished the regular season 250-for-417 with 2,700 yards, 12 touchdowns and 11 interceptions as the Redskins'starting quarterback.
Heath Evans, FB - New England Patriots
Evans and the Patriots had a bye in the first round of the playoffs. The Patriots will face the Jaguars in the AFC Divisional Playoffs on Jan. 13. With the conclusion of the regular season, the Patriots became the second team in the Super Bowl era to go undefeated in the regular season (16-0, the first team was the 1972 Dolphins who went 14-0). In his seventh NFL season, and third with New England, Evans played in 16 games, notching 34 carries for 121 yards and three touchdowns in 2007.
Chris Gray, G - Seattle Seahawks
Gray started at right guard for the Seahawks offense that gained 302 yards on its way to a 35-14 win over the Redskins. Gray has started in 136 of the Seahawks' last 138 games. The Seahawks will visit the Green Bay Packers on Jan. 13, in the NFC Divisional Playoffs.
Marquies Gunn, DE - Tampa Bay Buccaneers
After being activated by the Giants from the practice squad on Sept. 19, Gunn was cut by the squad on Sept. 23. Gunn was signed to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers practice squad on Oct. 17. The Bucs clinched the NFC South win their 37-3 win over Atlanta in week 15. They lost to the Giants 24-14 in the Wild Card Playoffs.
Will Herring, LB - Seattle Seahawks
Herring saw time at linebacker and had one assisted tackle in Seattle's 35-14 win over Washington. Herring, in his rookie season, appeared in 12 regular season games and had 14 tackles. The Seahawks will visit the Green Bay Packers in the NFC Divisional Playoffs on Jan. 13.
Kevin Hobbs, CB - Seattle Seahawks
Hobbs was not active in the Seahawks' 35-14 win over Washington. Hobbs played in six regular season games as a rookie for the Seahawks. The Seahawks will visit the Green Bay Packers on Jan. 13, in the NFC Divisional Playoffs.
Brandon Jacobs, RB - New York Giants
Jacobs scored two touchdowns in New York's 24-14 win over Tampa Bay. He caught two passes for 16 yards and rushed for 34 yards on 13 carries. In his third season with the Giants, Jacobs had 202 carries for 1,009 yards and four touchdowns in 11 games of the regular season. He also had 174 yards on 33 receptions and two touchdowns. The Giants advance to the NFC Divisional Playoffs and will face the Dallas Cowboys on Jan. 14.
Marcus McNeill, OT - San Diego Chargers
McNeill started at left tackle for a San Diego offense that gained 350 yards of total offense in a 17-6 win over the Tennessee Titans. McNeill is in his second NFL season after being drafted in the second round of the 2006 NFL Draft by the Chargers. He has started all 17 games in '07, 31 in his career. The AFC West Champion Chargers will face the Indianapolis Colts on Jan. 13, in the AFC Divisional Playoffs.
Anthony Mix, WR - Washington Redskins
Mix saw time at wide receiver in Washington's 35-14 loss to Seattle. Mix was signed to the Washington Redskins' active roster on Nov. 20. In his second season, Mix spent most of 2007 as a member of the New York Giants' practice squad. He appeared in five games for the Giants and had 39 yards on three receptions.
Ben Obomanu, WR - Seattle Seahawks
Obomanu saw time at wide receiver in Seattle's 35-14 win over Washington. In his second season with Seattle, he had 12 receptions for 18 yards and one touchdown in the regular season. The Seahawks will face-off against the Green Bay Packers in the NFC Divisional Playoffs on Jan. 13.
Mike Pucillo, OL - Washington Redskins
Pucillo was placed on injured reserve on Dec. 27, due to a back injury. Pucillo has played in 48 games during his five-year career, including 23 in his three seasons with the Redskins.
Jay Ratliff, NT - Dallas Cowboys
Ratliff and the Cowboys had a bye for the first round of the playoffs. The Cowboys will host the Giants on Jan. 14. Ratliff had 30 tackles, 3.0 sacks and four pass deflections in the regular season of his third year with the Cowboys.
Tony Richardson, FB - Minnesota Vikings
Richardson was named as the NFC starting fullback in the 2008 Pro Bowl.
Carlos Rogers, CB - Washington Redskins
Rogers suffered a season-ending knee injury in week eight versus the Patriots. In his third professional season, Rogers notched 25 tackles, seven pass deflections and one interception returned for a touchdown in the seven consecutive starts prior to his injury.
Kendall Simmons, G - Pittsburgh Steelers
Simmons made his 16th consecutive start at right guard for the Steelers in a 31-29 loss to the Jaguars. Simmons is in his sixth year in the NFL, all with Pittsburgh.
Courtney Taylor, WR - Seattle Seahawks
Taylor saw time at wide receiver in Seattle's 35-14 win over Washington. In his rookie season, Taylor had five catches for 38 yards during the regular season. The Seahawks will face the Green Bay Packers on Jan. 13, in the NFC Divisional Playoffs.
Reggie Torbor, LB - New York Giants
Torbor notched three tackles in New York's 24-14 win over Tampa Bay. Torbor registered 39 tackles and one sack in the regular season with the Giants. The Giants will face the Dallas Cowboys on Jan. 14, in the NFC Divisional Playoffs.
Marcus Washington, LB - Washington Redskins
Washington started at linebacker and had three tackles in Washington's 35-14 loss to Seattle. Washington had 48 tackles, five sacks and one forced fumble in the regular season.
