2010 Auburn Football At Mississippi State Moving To Thursday, Sept. 9

AUBURN - The 2010 Auburn football game at Mississippi State originally scheduled for Sept. 11 has been moved to Thursday, Sept. 9, and will be televised nationally by ESPN. The game, which is both school's Southeastern Conference opener, will mark Auburn's ninth all-time Thursday evening game and first since 2008 at West Virginia. The Tigers and Bulldogs previously met in an ESPN Thursday night contest in 2002, with Auburn winning, 42-14, in Starkville. Auburn is 6-2 all-time in Thursday evening games.
