Mollie Moore serves as the director of recruiting operations for Auburn Football, returning to her alma mater prior to the 2017 season. She oversees the Tigers' recruiting department.

Moore returns to Auburn after serving as Recruiting Program Coordinator at the University of Georgia from 2015-2017. Her primary responsibilities included coordination of all official and unofficial visits, facility and campus tours, game days, overseeing over 100 student workers, helping oversee the budget, and managing all recruiting compliance documentation. In her two years at Georgia, she played an active role in securing a top 10 and top 3 nationally ranked recruiting class.

Moore served as the Recruiting Operations Coordinator under head football coach Bill Clark at UAB from 2014-2015. During her time at UAB, Moore was responsible for planning and coordinating all logistical aspects of game days, official and unofficial recruiting visits, junior days, spring games, summer camps and clinics. She handled all football social media and also served as advisor for the student hosts and hostesses group.

Prior to arriving at UAB, Moore spent four seasons at Auburn University where she served as a football recruiting assistant. She assisted the program during its 2010 SEC & National Championship season and played an active support role in top 5 recruiting classes in 2010 and 2011. Among her responsibilities, Mooore assisted the On-Campus Recruiting Coordinator with the planning and coordination of all on-campus football recruiting events and performed administrative duties for coaches and support staff.

A native of Birmingham, Ala., Moore graduated from Auburn University in 2012 with a bachelor's degree in animal science.
