Will Auburn continue scanning tickets?
Yes, we will scan tickets at the gates. The best way to ensure that lines move quickly into the stadium is to:
 
Have your tickets out and ready
Each person should hold their own ticket
Present ticket with bar facing up
Do not bend or crease the bar code
Tickets that have been duplicated will be the active ticket, deactivating any previous ticket
Go to lesser-used gates for entrance
 
What items may I not bring into the stadium?
These items are not allowed inside Jordan-Hare Stadium:
 
Artificial noisemakers
Cameras with detachable lenses or lenses over four (4) inches
Large bags (12 x 12 x 12 is maximum size)
Outside food or drink
Pets
Stadium seats with arms
Umbrellas
Video cameras
Weapons
Any items deemed inappropriate, hazardous or unsafe by venue personnel
 
For your convenience, prohibited items can be securely checked at the Auburn Arena Scholarship Entry and picked up following the game. Items can be checked starting three (3) hours prior to kickoff (at 3:30 p.m.). The checked item area closes one (1) hour post-game.
 
May I leave the stadium and come back with my ticket stub?
If you leave the stadium, you must purchase another ticket to re-enter. If tickets are not available, you will not be allowed to re-enter.

What concessions are available?
A variety of food and drink options are available throughout the inner concourses of Jordan-Hare Stadium. Select concession stands accept credit cards. Concessions are also available outside the stadium prior to the game at Plainsman Park, outside the South End of Jordan-Hare Stadium and on the East Lawn of the stadium.

What concession improvements have been made for the 2013 season?
Due to the warm weather expected, water will be available for $2 prior to kickoff (while supplies last). Fans may bring clear, empty water bottles into Jordan-Hare Stadium to fill. Dominos has added additional locations throughout the stadium, along with a pizza kitchen that will be cooking throughout the game. Also new for 2013? Chick-fil-A and Momma Goldbergs will have locations inside Jordan-Hare Stadium.
 
Concessions

May I bring my own drinks into the stadium?
No, but fans can bring clear, empty water bottles into the stadium to fill with water once inside.
 
What is the smoking policy at Jordan-Hare Stadium?
The smoking policy remains the same for Jordan-Hare Stadium. Smoking is limited to designated smoking areas only and is not allowed in seating area, restrooms, or First Aid Stations.
 
Where is First Aid?
The First Aid Stations are located adjacent to Section 46, East Upper Deck, and West Upper Deck.
 
What if I lose something?
Any items found during the game are taken to the First Aid Station adjacent to Section 46. Lost items may be reclaimed at the First Aid Station. Items that are not picked up by the end of the game will be given to City of Auburn Police. Items turned over to the police may be picked up at the Police Department located at 161 North Ross Street, Auburn, AL 36830 during regular business hours.
 
Auburn is routinely ranked as the best gameday experience in all of college football. For 2013, Auburn continues to enhance the experience for our fans.
 
When may I tailgate on campus?
Campus opens at 4 p.m. on Friday for tailgating. Please observe and follow signs in and around all construction areas.
 
Where may I park and tailgate?
Auburn has added 2,000 new free parking and tailgating spots this season. Please familiarize yourself with the map for complete details:

Where may I place a tent?
Tents with stakes shorter than 12-inches may be set up after 4 p.m. on Fridays. Permits are required for any tent with stakes that are 12-inches or longer. Permit requests are handled online or (334) 844-4619.
 
Where may I use my grill?
Grills are not allowed within 50 feet of campus buildings or in other designated no-grill areas. All fires must be contained within grills or other containers designed specifically for that purpose. Extinguish charcoal fires thoroughly with water before leaving them unattended. Place extinguished charcoal in designated containers or remove it from campus for disposal. Do not dump charcoal on the ground or in dumpsters. Tailgating and grilling are not allowed in the parking decks.
 
Where should I place trash?
Please keep campus beautiful by placing all trash and recycling in the proper bins located throughout the university tailgate areas, RV lots, and stadium for your convenience. Litter and recycling bags will also be distributed in tailgate areas and RV lots to help keep the university litter-free. Please see the Gameday map for trash and recycling locations.
 
What time does Tiger Transit service begin?
At 2:30 p.m. Shuttles begin each gameday four (4) hours prior to kickoff from War Eagle Way to the stadium, Stadium Tram service also begins at this time.
