Verizon Autograph Tent
The Verizon Autograph Tent opens two hours prior to kickoff. The tent is located beside the Red Diamond Tailgate Show in the parking lot of Plainsman Park. Expected attendees include: Ben Nowland, James Wallace, Lee Ziemba, Demarcus Curry, Dontarrious Thomas, Ramon Luster, Joe Cribbs, Jeno James, Kevin McLeod, Fred Beasley and Fred Baxter.

Auburn is renowned as one of the greatest tailgating schools in college football. We invite you to join the tradition that covers campus all weekend.
 
Tailgating
Campus opens for tailgating at 4 p.m. on Fridays. Reserving tailgating spots in grass areas using stakes, ropes, ribbons, tape, chairs, tables, tents, vehicles or other items is not allowed until 4 p.m. on Friday, except for specially permitted University events. Items found before then are subject to removal without notice or reimbursement. It is unlawful to use any university utilities.

Tailgate Drop-Off
Each game day, fans will have the opportunity to unload their vehicles in one of six designated locations. At each location, staff will be present to assist with the unloading process, monitor unloading times and ensure the unload process does not disrupt normal game day traffic flow. Tailgating Tents
Tents with stakes shorter than 12-inches may be set up after 4 p.m. on Fridays. Permits are required for any tent with stakes that are 12-inches or longer. Permit requests are handled online or (334) 844-4619.
 
Grills
Grills are not allowed within 50 feet of campus buildings or in other designated no-grill areas. All fires must be contained within grills or other containers designed specifically for that purpose. Extinguish charcoal fires thoroughly with water before leaving them unattended. Place extinguished charcoal in designated containers or remove it from campus for disposal. Do not dump charcoal on the ground or in dumpsters. Tailgating and grilling are not allowed in the parking decks.
 
Trash
Please keep campus beautiful by placing all trash and recycling in the proper bins located throughout the university tailgate areas, RV lots, and stadium for your convenience. Litter and recycling bags will also be distributed in tailgate areas and RV lots to help keep the university litter-free. Please see the Gameday map for trash and recycling locations.

Scanning Tickets
Auburn will scan tickets at all gates

Checking Items
For your convenience, prohibited items can be securely checked at the Auburn Arena Scholarship Entry and picked up following the game. Items can be checked starting three (3) hours prior to kickoff. The checked item area closes one (1) hour post-game.
 
No Re-Entry
Per SEC regulations, if you leave the stadium, you must purchase another ticket to re-enter. If tickets are not available, you will not be allowed to re-enter.

Accessible Services
Fans with tickets in the upper decks who are accessible or have special needs may request an elevator pass. To request an elevator pass, a letter from a doctor or a copy of your accessible parking placard must be faxed to Auburn Event Management at (334) 844-1156 or mailed to Auburn Athletics Complex, 392 S Donahue Drive, Auburn, AL 36832. Elevator passes may be picked up at the guest service booths on game day with proper documentation. Accessible parking is available on game day. To park in the designated accessible parking area, fans will need a state-issued hang tag or license plate.
 
Stadium Trams will shuttle limited mobility guests from the accessible parking lot at War Eagle Way to Gate 2 (east side) and Gate 14 (west side). The service will begin four hours prior to the game, end at kick-off and resume at the conclusion of the game for one hour.
 
ATMs
ATMs are located on the main and upper concourse inside the stadium. ATMs are also located at Auburn Arena, Plainsman Park and the Student Center. Major credit cards and debit cards are accepted at concession stands on the main concourse of the stadium.
 
Charging Station
Electronic device charging stations are located inside the stadium for your use during each home game. The stations are located on the West Concourse near Gate 15, as well as the East Concourse by the student gates and near Gate 1.
 
Concessions
A variety of food and drink options are available throughout the inner concourses of Jordan-Hare Stadium. Select concession stands accept credit cards. Concessions are also available outside the stadium prior to the game at Plainsman Park, outside the South End of Jordan-Hare Stadium and on the East Lawn of the stadium. First Aid Stations
The First Aid Stations are located adjacent to Section 46, East Upper Deck, and West Upper Deck.
 
Guest Assist
Guest Assist is a text message service that allows Auburn fans to send questions, concerns or requests via their mobile phones to the command and control center at Jordan-Hare Stadium. For stadium assistance or to report an issue, text the word AUBURN, followed by your message and location to 78247. Standard text messaging rates apply.
 
Guest Services Booth
Three Guest Services Booths are located on the stadium concourse at Gates 2, 13, and 16. Services offered at these locations include; child ID wristband distribution, stroller check-in, game-by-game elevator pass distribution and stadium information.
 
Guest WiFi
Guest Wireless Internet Service is available in the stadium and across campus using a smartphone, tablet, or laptop computer. Users may subscribe by selecting the "AU_Guest" WiFi network from their mobile device. The service is provided by Verizon Wireless and iBAHN. Call (866) 886-8089 for support.
 
Lost & Found
Any items found during the game should be taken to the First Aid Station adjacent to Section 46. Lost items may be reclaimed at the First Aid Station. Items that are not picked up by the end of the game will be given to City of Auburn Police. Items turned over to the police may be picked up at the Police Department located at 161 North Ross Street, Auburn, AL 36830 during regular business hours.
 
Water Stations
Fans are allowed to bring empty, clear water bottles which can be filled at multiple water stations throughout the stadium. All water stations offer filtered water free of charge.
 
Everyone, including infants, must have a ticket for admission. All individuals entering the venue, along with any articles in their possession, are subject to inspection by gate personnel. The management reserves the unrestricted right to revoke this license or to refuse admission or remove any person whose conduct is deemed unbecoming. | Football Ticket Details
 
Fan Conduct
Our guests' experience will not be disrupted by unruly actions or behaviors of others. Guests should report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest usher, security guard or facility/operations staff member.
Guests will enjoy the Auburn GameDay experience free from foul/abusive language or obscene gestures.
Guests possessing alcoholic beverages are subject to ejection. Those appearing intoxicated will be denied entry or will be subject to ejection from Auburn Athletics facilities.
Guests must not go onto the field, throw objects onto the field or interfere with play. Violations will result in immediate ejection and/or arrest and prosecution.
Guests will sit only in their ticketed seats and show their tickets when requested.
Guests wearing obscene or indecent clothing will not be admitted into Auburn Athletics facilities.
Clothing or other items may not be hung over the railing as they might interfere with the event.
Guests will comply with requests from staff regarding facility operations and emergency response procedures.
Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
Guests must adhere to the Code of Conduct provisions or they will be subject to ejection without refund and revocation of season tickets and may also be in violation of federal/state/city ordinances resulting in possible arrest and prosecution.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited on the North, South and Upper Deck concourses as well as all seating sections and any other congested area of the stadium. Smoking areas have been designated by the placement of cigarette waste receptacles in select locations which include the stadium ramps and Northwest, Northeast, Southwest and Southeast corners of the lower concourse. This policy also includes the use of electronic cigarettes, which are only permitted in the designated areas mentioned above.
 
Stadium Re-Entry
No pass-outs are given for any reason. Police officers cannot give pass-outs. If you leave the stadium, you must purchase another ticket to re-enter. If tickets are not available, you will not be allowed to re-enter. An emergency or medical need pass can be obtained by going to the First Aid Station at Section 46.
 
Trash & Recycling
Trash and recycling barrels are conveniently located around the concourse, as well as the club sections and upper deck. Please dispose of your trash and recycling properly before you leave the stadium.
 
Designate a location both inside and outside of the stadium to meet friends and family if you become separated. Once seated, locate the nearest exit and an alternate exit just in case you have to evacuate. Always follow the directions of the announcer, police, event staff and emergency responders.
 
Reporting Issues
Report any activity that is unusual, suspicious or causes you concern to the nearest police officer or event personnel. Fans may also text the word "Auburn" followed by a message and seat location to 78247.
 
Weather
Monitor the weather prior to the game. Take the necessary precautions to protect your family and friends from severe weather before, during or after the game. If notified to seek shelter, the buildings immediately surrounding the stadium will be open for you to seek shelter.
 
Evacuation
If instructed to evacuate the stadium, leave in an orderly fashion and assist others if necessary. Do not return until told it is safe to do so by police, event staff or other emergency responders. Do not use elevators in the event of a fire evacuation or power failure.
 
Emergency Information
Emergency announcements may be made on the stadium public address system, outer concourse or voice capable outdoor warning sirens on campus. Tune your radio to AM 1650 for Game Day traffic updates and information in the event of an emergency. Police, event staff and emergency responders can assist if you need information or direction.

Technology
Jordan-Hare Stadium cellular DAS was upgraded for increased 4G data capacity.
Auburn's Gameday app streams free live audio of the Auburn IMG Network radio broadcast.
The videoboard features fan interaction via social media, with Instagram videos, Twitter posts, etc.
Auburn redesigned AUBtix.com to streamline the ticket info and purchasing process.
 
Concessions
The price of 20 oz. bottled water was reduced from $4 to $2.
The price of hot dogs was reduced from $4 to $3.
Additional "grab-and-go" concessions stands located around Gates 0 and 2.
 
Tickets
Fans can now get mobile ticket delivery to their smartphones, which can be scanned directly from their devices at the gates of Jordan-Hare Stadium.
Bar codes added to the faculty/staff tickets to allow faculty/staff to enter any public gate making previously assigned gates available for all fans.
Young Alumni (0-3 years removed from Auburn University) can get a special discounted Tigers Unlimited membership of $130, along with their season ticket purchase, and sit in section 37 with their fellow young graduates. The program has sold out for 2014.
Ticket scalpers required to have a license to sell tickets around Auburn and Jordan-Hare Stadium. Scalpers will wear identification as part of that license. While this doesn't legitimize the tickets as authentic, it does give the buyer the ability to write down the name of the seller to notify the authorities if counterfeit tickets are identified.
Students can now get invested in Auburn football through the Tigers Unlimited U program which allows current students to join the foundation and begin earning double ticket priority points.
 
Events
Fans will be allowed on the field at the conclusion of the Samford game.
The third annual military appreciation game is set for Nov. 8 vs. Texas A&M.
 
Guest Services
Gate 19 will be an exclusive entrance for Scholarship Donors. This gate was not previously open for access.
There will be bathroom attendants located in all the restrooms in the lower levels.
There will be increased free water stations on the concourse.
Restrooms in the lower level have added fans and audio for access to the Auburn IMG Network broadcasts.
