    Shuttles help fans during midweek contests

    The Auburn University Athletics Department will provide Tiger Transit shuttle transportation for six midweek men's basketball contests during the 2011-12 season allowing for convenient parking and transportation for fans.

    The shuttles will run for the three midweek contests prior the Christmas break as well as the three once school has resumed in January.
    Monday, Nov. 14 - Kennesaw State
    Friday, Nov. 25 - Nicholls State (night prior to Alabama football game)
    Monday, Nov. 28 - Arkansas-Pine Bluff
    Wednesday, Jan. 11 - Kentucky
    Wednesday, Feb. 1 - Georgia
    Tuesday, Feb. 7 - Alabama

    The Transit will pick up from two locations beginning one hour prior to tipoff each night and run continuously until an hour after the game's conclusion from the Facilities Division and the West Thach Parking Area. Shuttles will drop off conveniently at War Eagle Way.

    "One of our five goals is provide the best overall game day environment for our fans and these new transportation options give our fans more flexibility for those midweek games," said Auburn Senior Associate Athletic Director Scott Carr. "We are always looking for better ways to serve our fans and hopefully this will make the game experience a more enjoyable one."

Fans can buy single game tickets for $15 for lower level seats and $10 for the upper level of Auburn Arena (SEC games on sale on Jan. 2).
