AUBURN, AL - The Auburn University Athletics Department Ticket Office is currently accepting orders for 2009-10 men's and women's basketball season tickets. The ticket office is taking orders from both previous season ticket holders and new season ticket applicants.
Tickets can also be purchased online at AuburnTigers.com or by calling 1-800-282-1957 or 334-844-4040. Men's season tickets start at $99, while season tickets for women's basketball start at $50.
Coach Lebo's squad enters the 42nd and final season of Beard-Eaves-Memorial Coliseum with excitement after recording the second-most wins Auburn history with last year's 24-12 Tigers. The team returns three starters in leading scorer DeWayne Reed, leading 3-point shooter Tay Waller and Lucas Hargrove off a team that came within an eyelash of reaching the NIT Final Four.
Mix the senior starting trio in with sophomore guard Frankie Sullivan, 6-foot-10 senior Brendon Knox, forward Johnnie Lett and a very impressive recruiting class, and the Tigers look to close out the Coliseum in style.
The Tigers open the regular season on Nov. 13 against 2009 NIT participant Niagara at 8:30 p.m. Auburn opens SEC play at home against South Carolina on Jan. 9. The Tigers also have home games against Virginia of the ACC, Kentucky, Ole Miss, Alabama, Georgia, Arkansas, LSU and play Mississippi State in the final regular season home game ever in the Coliseum on March 3.

returns seven letterwinners from last season's women's basketball squad that went 30-4 (12-2 SEC) and won the team's first Southeastern Conference title in 20 years.
Auburn returns guard Alli Smalley, one of the top 3-point shooters in the country last season, along with senior KeKe Carrier. Also returning to the lineup is 2007-08 starter Jordan Greenleaf, who sat out last season because of an injury. Joining the team this season is a freshman class of Blanche Alverson, Nicolle Thomas, Morgan Toles and Pascale West that was ranked 18th in the country by ESPN.com.
The Tigers play their season opener against Troy on Nov. 13 at 6 p.m., and has a three-game homestand against Alabama A&M (Nov. 19), Texas A&M (Nov. 22) and Georgia Southern (Nov. 24).
SEC action for the Tigers begins at home on Jan. 3 with Auburn playing Mississippi State at 2 p.m. Other SEC teams heading to Beard-Eaves-Memorial Coliseum this season will be Alabama (Jan. 14), Vanderbilt (Jan. 21), Georgia (Jan. 31), South Carolina (Feb. 4), Arkansas (Feb. 11), LSU (Feb. 14) and Kentucky (Feb. 28).
