18 Auburn Student-Athletes Graduate in 2014 Summer Term

AUBURN - A total of 18 Auburn student-athletes graduated as part of the Auburn University Summer 2014 graduating class earlier this month. The graduates represent 10 of Auburn's sports programs, including six from football, four from track and field and one each from baseball, men's and women's basketball, gymnastics, softball, swimming and diving, women's tennis and women's soccer.

The six graduates from football include: Justin DeLaine (Linden, Ala.), Patrick Lymon (Huntsville, Ala.), Aubrey Phillips (Olive Branch, Miss.), Chandler Shakespeare (Oxford, Ala.), Chad Slade (Moody, Ala.) and Jermaine Whitehead (Greenwood, Miss.).

The four track and field graduates include: Victoria Bernardo (Gladstone, N.J.), Siobhan Ford-Holland (Chester, Va.), Stephen Saenz (Rio Grande City, Texas) and DJ Smith (Atlanta, Ga.).

The eight remaining graduates include Hunter Kelley (Wellington, Ala.) from baseball, Chris Denson (Columbus, Ga.) from men's basketball, Le'Coe Willingham (Augusta, Ga.) from women's basketball, Megan Walker (Brackney, Pa.) from gymnastics, Caitlin Schultze (Queensbury, N.Y.) from softball, Olivia Scott (Aurora, Ill.) from swimming and diving, Emily Flickinger (Arlington, Va.) from women's tennis and Ali Elliott (Corona, Calif.) from women's soccer.

The 18 graduates collectively hail from 10 states, including five native Alabamians.
