AUBURN, Ala. ― Coach Bruce Pearl found the formula for Auburn success this week.

"Seven guys to have career nights all on the same night. Quite a formula, isn't it?"

It was at Arkansas on Wednesday, when the Tigers beat Arkansas 90-86. The Tigers will try to duplicate that feat when they entertain Ole Miss at 4 p.m. Saturday on the SEC Network.

Bryce Brown hit a headline-grabbing nine 3-pointers against Arkansas. But there was other contributors. Horace Spencer had a career-high seven blocks. TJ Lang hit five 3-pointers. Tyler Harris bounced back from a sore back to score 19 points.

"It was enormous to have Tyler step up and play as well as he did early," Pearl said. "He was very patient around the basket."

And that, Pearl said, "gave us enormous confidence."

Auburn is 10-15 overall and 4-9 in the Southeastern Conference. Ole Miss is 16-10 overall and 6-7 in the league. The Rebels beat Auburn 80-63 on Jan. 27 in Oxford when they turned Stefon Moody had a big 3-point shooting night of his own. He hit six against Auburn and scored 24.

Brown said he hopes Ole Miss will see a different Auburn team Saturday following its win at Arkansas.

"I think, going forward, this is mainly a confidence builder," Brown said. "These last five or six games, I think this has helped us gain confidence playing together and depending on each other."

Brown thanked Auburn fans on social media for sticking with the team.

"Even though we've been going through a lot of adversity, a lot of downfalls this season, a lot of people injured, we still had those fans that were still supporting us," Brown said Friday. "I actually tweeted that out. I just thanked them for the support. Even though we've been having all these downfalls and going through all this adversity, they've still been with us. I look forward to seeing them on Saturday when we play Ole Miss."
