The Auburn basketball team (17-9, 6-5) looks for its fifth consecutive SEC win as it plays at SEC leading and No. 23 LSU (22-4, 10-1) in the Maravich Assembly Center in Baton Rouge, La., on Saturday at 7 pm Central. It is a matchup of the SEC's two hottest teams as LSU has won seven straight games and Auburn four. An Auburn win will give the Tigers their longest SEC winning streak since the 1998-99 SEC Championship season. LSU is 17-1 at home this season. Auburn's Korvotney Barber is the only player in the SEC and one of only 11 in the BCS conferences to average a double-double in league play this season. Barber is averaging 12.5 points and 11.2 rebounds in SEC play.
The game is not televised but can be heard on the Auburn/ISP Sports Network, XM Radio Channel 200 and www.auburntigers.com.
