Auburn Baseball Announces Fall Signing Class

AUBURN, Ala. - Auburn baseball signed 10 players to National Letters of Intent during the recent early signing period, head coach Sunny Golloway announced Friday. They will join the Tigers for the 2014-15 school year.

The Tigers will welcome Colton Campbell (LHP; Orlando, Fla.), Kyler Deese (C/IF; Auburn, Ala.), Montrell Marshall (3B; Snellville, Ga.), Austin Murphy (OF; Jacksonville, Fla.), Cody Nulph (IF; Orange, Calif.), Alex Polston (IF; Midwest City, Okla.), Dalton Rentz (RHP; Mobile, Ala.), Dakota Robbins (C; Miami, Fla.), Hunter Tackett (IF/OF; Heiskell, Tenn.), and Izaac Yarbrough (LHP; Vinemont, Ala.) for the 2015 baseball season.

“I feel this is an outstanding class,” Auburn head coach Sunny Golloway said. “You never know for sure until after the draft and young men have been in your system and developed, but we feel very good about the skill level and character of these young men. I am extremely proud of our coaching staff and support staff of the job they did in landing this outstanding class. Auburn is a special place and it’s good to be able to show prospective student-athletes how we feel about our program and the direction in which it’s going.”
