AUBURN, Ala. - The Auburn baseball team will wrap up its fall practices this week with the Orange-Blue World Series beginning on Tuesday afternoon. The week will close with the Fourth Annual Celebrity Home Run Derby on Friday night at 6pm CT to raise money for the Lee County Boys and Girls Club.

The team will take the field at Plainsman Park beginning at 3pm each day from Tuesday through Thursday before the showcase event on Friday night. Practices are open to the public beginning on Tuesday while Friday night's activities will require a $1 donation at the gate, which opens at 5pm. Additional donations are welcome and for every dollar a fan donates, they will have an equal amount of chances to win an Auburn Baseball Under Armour Prize Pack.

Participating in the Home Run Derby will be current Major League Baseball players Tim Hudson and Gabe Gross, former AU baseball player Bobby Huddleston and former football players Stan White, Ben Leard, Cole Cubelic and Benji Roland. The group will join current members of the baseball team in a home-run hitting contest with the goal of raising more than the previous high of $2,778 in 2005. The current Tigers will then play the final game of the Orange-Blue World Series following the home run derby.
