AUBURN, Ala. --The Auburn Tigers make their final road trip of the 2014 regular season as they head to Lexington, Kentucky, for a three-game Southeastern Conference series against the Kentucky Wildcats.
Game times are set for 5:30 p.m. CT Friday, 6 p.m. CT Saturday and noon CT Sunday at Cliff Hagan Stadium on the UK campus.
The Tigers (26-23, 9-15 SEC) enter the weekend in a precarious position, currently in 13th place in the overall SEC standings, one-half game behind Georgia for the final spot in the 2014 SEC Baseball Tournament. Kentucky (28-19, 10-14 SEC) is also in need of some wins to solidify their spot in Hoover. The Wildcats dropped two out of three at Tennessee last weekend to fall into a tie for 10th place in the overall league standings.
Games on Saturday and Sunday will be televised by the UK IMG Network with Dick Gabriel, Doug Flynn and Brian Milam on the call. The broadcast will be available regionally on Fox Sports South.
Rod Bramblett and Andy Burcham will be on the mic for the radio broadcast on the Auburn IMG Sports Network, which can be heard locally in Auburn on WGGZ 94.3 FM. Fans can access live audio and live stats at AuburnTigers.com. Fans can also follow @AUTigerBaseball on Twitter for inning-by-inning updates throughout the game.
