The Auburn baseball team will look to rebound from four straight losses when it plays host to Alabama in a three-game Southeastern Conference series at Plainsman Park. Game times for the series are 6pm on Thursday and Friday and 3pm on Saturday. All three games will air live on the Auburn Network and its baseball affiliates. The first two games will also be broadcast through AUHD on while Saturday's game will be shown live on CSS.

Tigers Claim Fifth Straight Capital City Classic Behind Kendrick's Six Shutout Innings
Conner Kendrick threw six shutout innings out of the bullpen as Auburn rallied from a two-run deficit to defeat Alabama, 6-3, and claim a fifth straight Capital City Classic. The win improved Auburn's record to 9-3 while Alabama fell to 8-4.

Auburn (15-10, 0-6 SEC) will start junior left-hander Conner Kendrick (2-0) on Thursday and left-hander Michael O'Neal (4-2) on Friday. A Saturday starter has yet to be announced.

Alabama (16-10, 5-1 SEC) will start right-hander Charley Sullivan (2-1) on Thursday, left-hander Jon Keller (3-2) on Friday and right-hander Spencer Turnbull (2-1) on Saturday.

The two teams have already faced off once this season with Auburn winning 6-3 in the fifth annual Capital City Classic, Auburn's fifth consecutive win in the non-conference game.

Dating back to the 2006 season, the home team has won each series between the two clubs.

Thursday's game is All Auburn, All Orange presented by Drash. Double Ignited points will be awarded and the first 500 Auburn students will receive an Auburn Baseball tank top courtesy of Carolina Pride. The first 100 Auburn students will also receive a free hot dog courtesy of Auburn athletics. There will also be a postgame DRASH Home Run Derby.

The first 500 fans into Friday's game will receive a free Auburn mini bat courtesy of Cooks Pest Control. It is also Wild, Wild SEC West Night and fans are encouraged to wear their best western gear to the game. The best dressed fan will receive a prize pack from Auburn athletics. Fans that purchase a hot dog during the designated inning will be entered to win a $100 gift card.



The first 500 fans into Saturday's game will receive a pair of Auburn baseball sunglasses courtesy of Verizon. There will also be a post-game Easter Egg hunt in the outfield for kids 12-and-under.
