    Capital City Classic Postponed By Rain; Game To Be Made Up On Wednesday, March 24 Rain forces postponement of game

    MONTGOMERY, Ala. - Tuesday night's Auburn-Alabama baseball game at Riverwalk Stadium in Montgomery was postponed because of persistent rains. Tickets from Tuesday night's game will be honored for the make-up date of Wednesday, March 24 at 7pm.

    The two teams waited out the rains until 7:30pm before officials called for the postponement.

    Auburn returns home for a game on Wednesday against Appalachian State. First pitch is set for 6:30pm. So. RHP Dexter Price (1-0, 6.35 ERA) will start on the mound for Auburn while Appalachian State has not announced a starter.
