Auburn will face Alabama in the second game of the morning session on Tuesday.
Auburn improved to 32-21, 12-16 SEC while Arkansas fell to 34-18, 17-10 SEC.
With the win Auburn won its fourth SEC series of the season and moved to 31-20, 11-16 SEC.
With the win, Auburn's first in Gainesville since 2006, it improves to 30-19, 10-15 SEC
