Reliever Justin Camp (4-1) took the loss for Auburn, allowing a tie-breaking home run to Keaton Steele as part of Missouri's three-run fourth.
Auburn is looking to bounce back from a series loss at No. 10 Mississippi State, which came on the heels of series wins over No. 18 Texas A&M and Georgia.
The Auburn baseball team was shutout on six hits as it fell in the series finale at No. 10 Mississippi State, 6-0.
