Had been a late-innings sub in 23 games as a pinch runner, a pinch hitter and as a defensive replacement before making his first career start on Sunday in right against #1 Vanderbilt (4/3) ... Was in the starting lineup for 11 straight games (6-5) from April 3-22 before getting hurt on Saturday against Ole Miss (4/22) and leaving the game with an injured wrist ... 15 of his 21 hits came from April 3-22 and he drove in all six of his runs in that same time span ...
