
AUBURN, Ala. – Senior Veronica Eder finished 63rd at the NCAA Cross Country Championships in Terra Haute, Ind. on Saturday, running a 20:37.5 in the women’s 6k.
“Veronica had another very strong performance today in her first NCAA Championship,” Auburn head coach Mark Carroll said. “This is a great finish to a super season and her cross country career. I look forward to watching her compete during indoor track season.”
The Pennsylvania native earned All-SEC honors this season with a fourth-place finish at the SEC Championships She then turned around to earn her second All-South Region honors, finishing runner-up at the NCAA South Regional on Nov. 11.
Eder concludes her cross country career as a 2016 All-SEC selection and two-time All-South Region honoree (2015-16).
