More Tigers Added To Field For NCAA Track And Field Championships

AUBURN - Two more members of the Auburn men's track and field team and a relay were added to the field for the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships when the NCAA released the list of accepted athletes for the meet on Tuesday. In addition to those who earned automatic qualifying marks at the NCAA Mideast Regional last weekend, sophomore Zach Clayton earned an at-large spot in the discus, sophomore Michael DeHaven was added to the field in the men's 200 meters and the men's 4x400-meter relay made the cut. Auburn now has 12 individuals and three relays that are qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships, and will take a group of 19 student-athletes (13 men, six women) to compete.
