LEXINGTON, Ky. - The SEC Indoor Track and Field Championships began Friday evening with the multi-event competitions at the Nutter Field House in Lexington, Ky. The only Auburn competitor was freshman Jager Livingston in the heptathlon.

Livingston achieved personal bests in every event, posting a time of 7.50 in the 60m and mark of 6.33m (20-11.25) in the long jump to start the day. He followed those performances with an 11.05m (36-3) throw in the shot put and a 1.70m (5-7) mark in the high jump.

Livingston's point total of 2,489 lands him in 11th place after four of seven events. The heptathlon will conclude with the pole vault, 1,000m run and 60m hurdles on Saturday.

Regular competition kicks off Saturday with the women's weight throw at 10 a.m. Live results will be posted after each event at www.ukathletics.com and a full recap of the Tigers' performances will be posted at www.auburntigers.com at the conclusion of the day.
