2005 Cross Country: Earned All-American honors for the third straight year after finishing 30th at the NCAA Championships ... Became the second woman in SEC history to win three straight individual SEC Championships, finishing the 6k course in a personal-best 19:40.00 ... Also the second person - male or female - to win the SEC Athlete of the Year award three times ... Won the Florida State Invitational and placed second at the NCAA South Regional ... 2005 Outdoor: Earned All-American honors for the second straight year after finishing seventh in the 10K at the NCAA Championships in a personal best 33:30.19 ... Won the 10K at the SEC Championships for the second consecutive year ... Also finished second in the 5000m at the SEC Championships with a school-record time of 16:22.62 ... Seventh at the Mideast Regional in the 5000m ... Won the 10K at the Cardinal Invite and automatically qualified for the NCAA Championships ... Won the 1500m at the Seminole Invitational and placed sixth at the Sun Angel Classic.
2004 Cross Country: Finished ninth at the NCAA Championships to earn All-American honors and had the highest finish of any AU runner at the championships ... Named South Region Runner of the Year after winning the South Regional in a new personal best time of 20:25.83 in the 6K ... Took home her second SEC individual title at the championships ... Became one of four women in SEC history to win back-to-back titles ... Helped lead the AU team to a fifth place finish at SECs and was named SEC Female Athlete of the Year ... Named SEC Athlete of the Week for the second time after winning the AU Invite ... Was Named SEC Athlete of the Week after winning the Paul Short Run ... Opened the season at the Georgia State Invite and dominated in the 5K field to win by more than a minute against second place finisher.
2004 Outdoor: Came in sixth in the 10K at the championships to earn All-American honors ... Automatically advanced to NCAA's in 10K ... Won the 10K with a new Ole Miss track record at the SEC Championships ... Finished second in the 5K with a regional qualifying time ... Ran in the 1500m at the Gatorade Classic ... Met the automatic qualifying mark in the 10K at Mt. SAC Relays ... Won the 3000m at Troy State.
2004 Indoor: Earned All-SEC honors in the 5000m after placing third with a time of 16:40.80, a provisional qualifying mark ... Also competed in the 3000m and finished fourth at SECs ... Won the 3000m at the Kentucky Invite and also ran the mile.
2003 Cross Country: Opened the season by winning the Chattanooga Invitational with a time of 11:22 ... Auburn's top finisher at every meet ... Came in third at the J.P. Doyle Meet of Champions (21:49.6) and in the Auburn Invitational ... Won the 3K at the MSU Invite (9:55.40), earning her SEC Female Athlete of the Week honors ... SEC Champion in the 6K race with a time of 21:49.76 ... Qualified for the NCAA National Championships after performance at Regionals where she placed third (20:50.16) ... Earned All-American honors with a 40th place finish at the NCAA Championships ... Named the 2003 SEC Female Cross Country Athlete of the Year by the coaches in the conference.
2003 Outdoor: Finished the season at the Mideast Regional Championships where she placed eighth in the 5000m in a time of 17:00.00 ... Took fourth in the 5000m in a time of 17:01.76 at the SEC Championships ... Placed fourth in the 3000m in a time of 9:58.38 at the Auburn Invite ... Finished seventh in the 5000m in a time of 16:43.69.
2003 Indoor: Finished the season at the SEC Championships where she finished 12th in the 5000m (17:22.62c) ... Finished eighth in the mile at the Gator Invite in a time of 4:58.53 ... Placed fifth in the 3000m at the SEC Challenge (10:04.13) ... Opened the season with a second place finish in the 3000m at the Kentucky Invite in a time of 10:11.38.
