Named to the SEC Academic Honor Roll ... Swam in three individual event championship finals at the NCAA Championship to earn All-America honors in each ... Was the third place finisher in both the 200 and 400 IM's ... Swam a 1:44.24 in the 200 IM final, his second fastest NCAA time in that event ever ... Also posted his second best NCAA time in the 400 IM final, 3:44.27 ... Swam a career best 1:56.56 in the prelims of the 200 breast and went on to finish eighth in the finals ... Was runner-up in the 200 IM at the SEC Championship for the second straight year ... Swam a 1:44.67 in the 200 IM finals, a SEC best time ... Junior Season (2004-05)
Dominated the individual medley's at the World University Games in Izmir, Turkey, winning the 200 (2:00.13) and 400 (4:18.64) ... His 200 IM at the WUG was a new meet record ... Came in third in the 200 (2:00.29) and 400 IMs (4:18.58) at the World Championship Trials ... Named to the CSCAA Academic All-American team ... Turned in a personal best time of 1:44.15 in the 200 IM final at NCAAs to finish second and earn All-America status ... Was the third place finisher in the 400 IM with a personal best and Auburn record time of 3:42.44 ... Came in eighth in the 200 breast (1:57.29) and set a new personal record in the prelim with a time of 1:56.91 ... Sophomore Season (2003-04)
Finished third in the 200 IM to world record holder Michael Phelps with a finals time of 1:59.75 at USA Olympic Team Trials ... Also was third to Phelps and Erik Vendt in the 400 IM with a finals time of 4:15.08 ... Semi-finaled in the 200 breast at Olympic Trials, placing 11th ... Had fourth-place finishes in both the 200 (1:55.94) and 400 IMs (4:09.66) at NCAAs ... Also swam the 200 breast, finishing 13th (2:11.44) ... Runner-up in the 400 IM at SECs with a time of 3:44.68 ... Third-place finisher in the 200 breast, touching in a time of 1:57.85 ... Finished fourth in the 200 IM at the conference meet with a time of 1:45.36.

Freshman Season (2002-03)
Was ranked 23rd in the 400m IM (4:19.82) in the world ... Silver medalist in the 400m IM (4:19.82) at the 2003 World University Games ... All-American in the 400 IM, swimming a 3:49.07 with a 3:46.43 in prelims ... Also earned honorable mention All-America honors in the 200 IM (1:46.35) with a prelims time of 1:45.85 to place ninth, leading a trio of AU swimmers that took the top three spots in the consolation finals ...
