Senior Season (2014-15):
Swam four events (200 free, 500 free, 1000 free and 1650 free) during his final season at Auburn ... Was 24th overall at the SEC Championships in the 200 free, touching in at 1:36.63 to earn a NCAA 'B' cut time ... Swam a 4:23.43 to collect a NCAA provisional standard in the 500 free at the SEC Championships, placing 27th overall ... Finished 29th overall at the conference meet in the 1,650 free with a 15:48.26, the third-best time on the team ... Posted a season-best time in the 1000 free in a double dual meet against LSU and Alabama, clocking a 9:30.38.
Junior Season (2013-14):
Traveled to the NCAA Championships as a relay alternate, but did not swim...Earned NCAA 'B' cuts in the 200 free, 500 free, 1,650 free...Competed primairly in all three distance freestyle events...Turned in the ninth-best time in school history at the SEC Championships in the 500 free prelims (4:20.92), took 13th overall at 4:21.90...Finished 15th overall in the 1,650 free at the SEC Championships with a time of 15:19.90, marking the second straight conference meet where he set a personal record in the event...Placed 15th overall in the 200 free at 1:36.87, set PR in the prelims with a performance of 1:36.17...Earned only individual in the first road SEC dual meet of the season at LSU, taking first in the 1,000 free at 9:27.55...Ranked second on the team in the 500 free (4:20.92), 1,000 free (9:25.90) and the 1,650 free (4:20.92)...Finished second in the 1000 free in the final dual meet of the season versus South Carolina, also took fourth in the 500 free against the Gamecocks.
Sophomore Season (2012-13):
Swam in the 2013 NCAA Championships as part of the 800 FR team that finished 19th (6:26.24)...Was part of NCAA 'A' cut time in same event that won the bronze medal at the SEC Championships (6:22.22), the best Auburn time of the year...Earned 'B' cut times in three events during the year (200 free, 500 free, 1,650 free)...'B' cut time in 200 free (1:36.93)came at SECs, where he finished 16th overall, reaching the B-final and clocking the fourth-best AU time of the year...Best 500 free time also came at SECs (4:21.61), placing 17th overall, tops of the C-final and 10th-best all-time in AU history...Finished off SEC Championship performance with career-best time in 1,650 free (15:26.54), placing 23rd overall, third-best time by an Auburn swimmer during the season...Competed in sevent events throughout the year (100 free, 200 free, 500 free, 1,650 free, 200 fly, 200 IM, 400 IM)...Clocked 46.29 in 100 free against Texas, finishing sixth in the event...Placed seventh in 200 fly event (1:58.34)against Alabama, a personal-best...Career-best in the 200 IM (1:52.29) against Florida, placing fifth...Recorded fourth-best AU time of the year in the 400 IM (3:54.55) at the Georgia Fall Invite, placing 18th, second in the C-final.
Freshman Season (2011-12)
Competed at 2012 U.S. Olympic Trials in Omaha ... Finished 86th in 200m IM prelims (2:06.99) ... Swam in five dual meets during the 2012 regular season ... Top times in 200 IM (1:49.37) and 400 IM (3:57.11) came at Bulldog Last Chance meet ... Had team's third-best 1000 free time with a 9:29.43 (converted from 800m LCM; 8:44.37) ... Swam a 4:38.45 in 500 free vs. Texas ... Had a season-best 15:53.14 in 1650 free at Ralph Crocker Classic ... Went 1:41.67 in 200 free at Georgia Invitational ... Named to SEC First-Year Academic Honor Roll.
Was a first-team all-state selection for four straight years at Brandywine High School ... Qualified for the USA Swimming National Championships ... Was national runner-up at YMCA Nationals in the 400 IM and 200 free while competing for the Brandywine YMCA.
Parents are Pat and Sissy McKee ... Has two sisters, Beth and Cindy ... His father played football at the University of Delaware ... Plans to major in exercise science ... Chose Auburn because he loved the team and how close everyone is.
